The 11-year old me was a devote fan of 70s and 80s MOR rock (yes, that is what I talk about while lying on Dr. Freuds couch every week). Coke-snorters like Eagles were on heavy rotation and - blogs were invented for the dissemination of cavernous confessions - Journey. Low's cover of Journey's horrendous "Open arms" on their excellent, marvellous 3-disc compilation A lifetime of temporary relief might be the funniest piece of music ever recorded.
Un-fortunately, there is no video... But if you have the guts (I believe this is the origin of Kant's concept of the sublime, scary forces of nature and all) push the play button:
